Alison Siegel
Alison started working with glass at Alfred University in 2008. She received her BA in 2009, with concentrations in Art and English. As an artist, she tries not to take her inner critical voice too seriously. She uses this attitude to add a sense of levity to her work, with bright colors and uncommon designs. Alison finds inspiration in the glass-working process and in the challenge of taking an idea or drawing into three dimensions. She hopes to never stop learning and to one day adopt a tortoise.
